Author Guidelines

How to prepare and submit a manuscript to ACORS journals.

1. Manuscript submission

Submission of a manuscript implies that the work has not been published before, is not under consideration elsewhere, and that its publication has been approved by all co-authors and, tacitly or explicitly, by the responsible authorities at the institute where the work was carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

2. Online submission

Submit through the online manuscript form.

3. Title page

  • Name(s) of the author(s) — Calibri, 11 pt
  • A concise, informative title — Calibri, 16 pt
  • Affiliation(s): institution, department, city, state, country — Times New Roman, 8.5 pt
  • Corresponding author and active e-mail address — Times New Roman, 8.5 pt

4. Abstract

150–200 words in Times New Roman, 10 pt, with no more than 8 keywords.

5. Body text

Introduction and other sections should be concise, properly cited and written in Times New Roman, 10 pt.

6. Tables and figures

All tables in Times New Roman, 8.5 pt.

7. References

Include only works cited in the text that are published or accepted. Number entries consecutively; do not use footnotes or endnotes instead of a reference list.

8. Plagiarism check

Similarity (Turnitin / iThenticate) must not exceed 20% including references, or 10% excluding references.

9. Quality check

Articles should be cutting-edge, result-oriented, original and within the journal's scope. Titles should avoid words such as “Overview”, “Brief”, “Introduction”, “Review”, “Case study”, “Survey”, “Approach”, “Comparative” and “Investigation”.

10. Review process

Double-blind review by three reviewers, with a minimum review window of 7–8 weeks.

11. E-copyright and template

All authors submit the e-copyright form, and accepted papers must follow the journal template.

12. Publication fee

The journal is free: there is no publication, processing, handling or review fee.
